The care my dad received whilst being on this ward were exeptionial! The full nursing team and everyone on ward 24 were polite and very helpful. I am very grateful to each and everyone of you for caring for him.

All care is good, but in this case it feels like we are not really being listened to, a history of a life threatening illness C. diff and all its complications, does not seem to be taken into consideration easily
