Very caring & helpful staff
Unaware of my medication needs - no-one seemed to know what medicines I shold be taking
No day room - no T.V
No smoke room & e-cigs not allowed. The anguish smokers go through is not appreciated or acknowledged

This is a very busy complex department, I cannot fault the care I was given even when the staff were run off there feel I still recieved 5* service all procedures were explained by ward staff nothing was too much trouble I congratulate Deborah and her team everyone. The cups of tea were perfect shame I carnt take them home thank you everyone. Your all a credit to the NHS.
