The most polite and caring staff on all levels from service assistants to nurses. Really relaxed ward and feels very homely. Always feel like nothing is too much trouble and never get "forgotten" as happens on other wards.

The nursing staff were great very friendly and answered any questions I had. I did find it noisy from 11pm - 4am and was unable to sleep. Otherwise ok.
