Wait times to see a doctor was not acceptable 7 hours to look at a blood test. Was checked in by the receptionist to be sent to urgent care without seeing a nurse first to then be sent back which wasted over an hour when it was clear how much pain I was in. The toilets was disgusting mess and sick all over not cleaned up I had two people sat next to me laughing about doing cocaine in the waiting area. As a member of staff it was disgusting to see

Wait times are far to long especially when people are just waiting for blood results which are on ice within an hour

The service we received was very fast and efficient.

It could do with having air con or something to keep it cooler on warm days

Not busy so waiting time about 1h30m. Efficient checking in……. Pleasant woman. Checking with nurse efficient. Doctor extremely courteous, detailed in examination and explanation as he proceeded, thorough. Easy to talk to. All staff very pleasant and knew what was required.

More comfortable chairs in waiting room ! !

After taking the canular out of.my arm the nurse put a small piece of gauze secured by a single piece of tape. She left the room, she knew I was on blood thinners. The best way of describing what happened next is to say my arm was pouring with blood, it was all over the bed, my trousers and the floor. I had no way of summoning help I grabbed a handful of paper towels and soon these too were saturated. After about 5 minutes the nurse returned did not apologise I cleared myself up. Then the.do tor returned and just said oh dear that looks bad.

Every member of staff I saw and spoke to were so helpful and kind and I couldn’t fault any of them.It was a very busy evening but they were all lovely and looked after me.

I was happy with how I was treated.

Bonny is just the best. She has looked after me now for several years. She approachable and knowledgeable giving get advice she has always strive to help.

My only concern is my appointments. Bonny requests to see me every 6 weeks but over tge last months this has not been happening and they are more like 3 monthly. When I ring the appointments I'm told it's only cleaning and they will get me next available appointment. This means I have weeks even moths of pain due to very narrow and calapsed ear canals. Apparently someone who is not qualified is making a decision against the recommendation of a medical professional.

I was looked after from going in to coming out of endoscopy suite could not have been treated any better the procedure went well talk to me all way through it thank you
