Staff were amazing, everyone worked so well together.
Friendly staff
The nursing staff were very good and helpful before, during and after my operation.
Was well looked after from start to finish and got everything sorted
Quickly seen by the dr and great care
I expected to be in hospital a very long time and although I was and had many tests along with free tea and a sandwich I left the department with a full diagnosis and a treatment plan. The staff were professional and informative. They even had a great sense of humour. I know how under staffed and over worked they are and at no time was that reflected in their care of me. DRI have N amazing team on this department and if I had to go again and wait even longer I would have total confidence in the fact that they are working hard to asses me and diagnose treatment.
Received phone call from looking at scan on last 2 days … clot found …went in within the hour for prescription and attended straight away
Clinician was very helpful and approachable. She made sure that you felt comfortable and at ease. She also gave no indication of any judgment at all regarding any concerns/worries/feelings about my weight. She explained what Tier 3 would be about and the way it would help clients.
Quick and effient
