I have been admitted pre and post appendectomy. The staff have all been amazing. They have made me feel as though nothing is too much and are so responsive.
Special mention to Ellie & Lauren (RNs) and Stacey (HCA), all who advocated and pushed for me when my surgery was delayed for other emergencies when my condition then deteriorated. They have practically saved my life by doing so and getting me pushed to surgery when they did.
Can’t thank the team on the ward for how kind and compassionate they have been through a really difficult time.
Anaesthetist was an absolutely lovely gentleman too
Excellent experience thx
Staff were excellent from start to finish, could not have been treated better.
all staff trying their best in trying conditions at times but their professionalism shines through
all staff doing their best
all staff knowledgeable and friendly. Can not help enough, nothing too much trouble
Roman loves seeing Debbie and we love when she comes to see how well he’s improving, Roman really struggled with his development before he met Debbie and Chris… and all we can say is he wouldn’t be where he was without them, the continue to push knowing Roman will hit his goals and prove others wrong, and we wouldn’t fault them what so ever
Treated with respect and and Nurse was very supportive and understanding Nothing
I had all my questions dealt with and answered In a timely manner. A full understanding of what was offered and what to expect afterwards.
I took my son on Wednesday 22/5 he was in extreme distress due to kidney stones. He has cerebral palsy and is non verbal and severe learning disability. We were quickly taken to a room and seen by a nurse and doctor within 30 mins. Who gave him some pain relief hoisted him onto a trolley and arranged bloods and a CT scan and gave him some sedation as he is unable to keep still. They were kind, caring and efficient
I cannot express my gratitude enough
