The nurses was very good and polite they understood everything
The appointment was provided on time. The whole assessment process was completed professionally. I was kept informed of progress through the process and able to ask questions. The Consultation was thorough and I appreciated the belt and braces approach.
All the staff were friendly and helpful, even though it was really busy no one seemed stressed. The doctor especially ( a young gentleman I didn’t quite catch his name) was so helpful and explained everything to me in a way I’d understand, all the staff were excellent
Excellent experience throughout my endoscopy examination. Lovely staff. Made to feel at ease from beginning to end of examination, kept informed throughout. Care was excellent.
The staff nurses were amazing with our 8month old baby especially when having to inset an NG tube to an already distressed baby. The care they showed throughout our stay was phenomenal no matter the time of day they were very nurturing and made him comfortable and happy!
Staff were really good at making not just my child but myself comfortable especially when it came to overnight stays.
Nurses that looked after me for the duration of my stay. Were friendly and all smiled - unlike my local Practice
Phoned department before appointment as I had spent 45 minutes driving round the hospital trying unsuccessfully to par. Due to the lack of parking, I was unable to actually attend my appointment, and I requested that a further appointment be made.
Vicki was very clear on how to manage and help me take care of the pain in my hands. Various pain relief techniques were discussed and suggested to relieve and help with symptoms I had not previously explored. Looking forward to the wax treatment for my hands.
