The nursing care is very good and the staff were very kind and helpful. The food was good but I don't have any taste but it looked good.

The food isn't very good. It's very mushy and not nice. There has been mince everyday and there is no salt in any of the food which makes a difference.
The staff were very good and picked up a condition that another missed.

The staff have been brilliant. The physios give you a lot of attention, I don't want to give up. I think the food could be improved. There is no flavour and its mushy.

When I came from the JR I asked to be transferred to city ch asap. After 3 days I decided I liked it here so much I wanted to stay and I cancelled my request to move to city.

Everything I have asked for I have got, I've never had an experience like it. Sometimes you have to wait but that's normal as they are busy.
