The telephone line was often unavailable, the first clinician I saw was brilliant, very kind and comforting, explained everything and treated me well. I then saw a female Dr for two consecutive appointments, not sure of the name, felt uncomfortable with her manner, I became tearful and she asked me if I wanted my treatment today. This question felt more like an ultimatum to stop crying than anything else. The second dr I saw was very kind and treated me well.
