My experience of getting my contraceptive implant replaced was very comfortable and efficient. Hayley Pope was the health care assistant and made me feel very welcome, safe and made conversation with me, which helped distract from the needle and replacement procedure. It also really helped calm my nerves. I already wrote a review about Dr Bryant and cannot respect her enough for her and how she performed the procedure so proficiently. She was also very welcoming and friendly. Overall, I had such a positive experience from the reception and all the way to the patient room. I cannot thank them enough for making me feel so safe and comfortable! I highly recommend this for anyone looking into getting a contraceptive implant, especially if it is your first time.
