These questions are answered on behalf of my mother. Marie Morgan who left your care on Tuesday. 21st March, 2017. Unfortunately, because of mum's dementia it was impossible to ask her the questions as she cannot even remember being with you on Gladstone Ward. As a family we were very satisfied with her care.
