1) Seen on time at the appointment. 2) Was given full unhurried explanations of my situation - not made to feel rushed or that my time-slot was limited. 3) Was treated with great courtesy and charm, and my questions were listened to. 4) Left the meeting clearly knowing what the next steps are and what I should do. 5) Latest test results have already been forwarded to my GP for me to access online via Patient Access. Very efficient. I am expecting to receive a letter confirming the gist of today's meeting (with a copy to my GP). Unfortunately I received no such letter after my last visit to this clinic, and I had to follow it up with my GP.
