Hi. This is the second time in my 65 year life I have (unfortunately) needed to use the 111 service on a Sunday. I appreciate that it is perhaps difficult to thank all individuals concerned, but can I convey my considerable thanks to all of them, doctors and nurses alike, for the following. 1. Excellent care and efficiency when first ringing the 111 help line. 2. Very quick response for a referral to hospital for a consultation at Louth Hospital. 3. Just as quick response for a referral to see an eye specialist at Pilgrim Hospital, Boston.
