About care: I completed a career in a large organisation (Army) and have always looked for teamwork in other organisations, knowing that this is the key to achievement of the aim. During a week in Marly ward I have seen wonderful teamwork and multi-tasking; nursing, meal serving, the housekeeping team - they all work together to achieve a reassuring atmosphere for patients. Cheerful amongst themselves, they show great patience and compassion and cheerfulness I'm totally admirable, I have been most fortunate Improvements: These wonderful people should be paid in a way that recognises their worth - that is to say paid far more.
