The kindness. Nothing too much trouble.

After a stay of 5 weeks, I dint not enjoy yesterday dinner. This is the only complaint I can make, everything else excellent.

All members of staff were equally competent and pleasant. I could not differentiate between shifts as all were very pleasant.

Staff are always available and most kind and helpful when I need help. As a long time alshner patient I need a lot of help.

All staff looking after me were friendly and helpful, and there was always a warm atmosphere. Staff were patient with any small problems that I had. Patients' bells/buzzers I think, could be a bit quicker to answer to, especially if one really needs the bathroom, one may really needing someone quickly. I've seen a patient regularly get up as she needs someone quickly and should wait for someone.
