I've been up to Cossham twice in a month, once to take my son to the out of hours surgery and once to have an x-ray. On both occasions, I was impressed by the accessibility and cleanliness of the facilities. It was easy to get to and easy to park close by. Staff were friendly, helpful and considerate. All that is missing is the Minor Injuries Unit that was promised ... (Bit disappointed that I have to complete all sets of stars. Involvement in decisions and timely information were not really relevant to a couple of individual appointments! I've put 5/5 because that was my grading on the other sections.)
