I have so enjoyed the 6 week course. The staff were kind and very informative. I have learned so much by doing this course and would recommend it and so did to my friends. I am now very happy to keep doing breathing exercise's as well as the keep fit ones too. I can only just thank all staff for the kindness and knowledge they were happy to pass onto us all.
