I am a user of the Hillingdon community health services as I have health care needs 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Because of this service I can remain bc at home. An out of hours service is provided which i am grateful for at times of need.
An ‘end of life’ care service is also provided for those housebound and sadly not expected to live naturally.
I strongly recommend Hillingdon services
