The homebirth team were amazing they gave me such good care and having them come to my home for appointments was so much easier especially having a toddler. The birth was such a wonderful experience much nicer than my first hospital birth. The only think I will say is that when my husband rung triage to say I was having contractions they told him not to let me get in the birthing pool and rang my home midwife to tell her not to come out to me! I delivered two hours later and my midwife got here 26 minutes before my baby was born so I think triage need further training to listen to their patients especially 2nd time Mums!
