Staff respond quickly when help is needed and are kind and caring night time needs need some adjustment so as to stay clean and dry

Toilets could be cleaner, hot drinks when asked could be more at night time.

I have found the unit to be excellent, the staff were all very friendly and caring. The physio' and the O/T have been helpful and knowlegdeable. The catering staff are excellent.
