Seen by Urgent nurse Sam for my catheter. Nothing was to much trouble, she assisted my wife to make me comfortable as my clothes needed changing and my carers were not due.
She went above and beyond. Both me and my wife were very grateful she attended.

The care given by the rugby south team is second to none. My catheter can be problematic and it’s reassuring that I can call for support when needed.
The service is very quick and efficient.
