I thought the physio diagnosis provided was very good - discussing and analysing the symptoms with a view as to the underlying issue. Simple exercises were provided immediately with good advice as to how to go about rectifying the issue (and being patient!). Three weeks later, the issue is 95% resolved and I am confident that the remaining 5% will be sorted with the continuing approach as advised by Kayleigh. The video consultation worked well for the particular physio issues I had. Overall I am very happy with the service, advice and results. Thank you!
