i am finding the 1-2-1 time with staff very helpful, especially the individual therapy sessions where i am getting the chance to unpick all of the moving parts of my illness. i feel that staff are very understanding and make me feel heard.
Suggested improvements
if it could be ensured that all staff, especially agency staff and student nurses are given the appropriate training on 1-2-1s and the purpose of them, example follow up questions etc before being allocated to patients then this would be great.
