The team on reception were very warm and welcoming. The waiting room was calm and quiet.
I was seen in a timely manner by the doctor, and given ample time to explain my situation and ask further questions.
I was then seen by the OT in the clinic, who was very supportive, reassuring and knowledgeable.
After the appointment, I promptly received links for the follow up sessions (workshops for managing fatigue, employment and brain fog). I also received the notes from the meeting with the OT, and very soon after, the letter went to my GP with recommendations from the clinic.
Suggested improvements
The team who are there currently have been fantastic.
The service, as a whole: it would be great to have some cardiology input and nutritional support.
