Initially, that I was finally listened to and taken seriously. I felt as though I was screaming with no one paying attention previously. The team helped me understand and navigate all of the NHS bureaucracy across all the teams that we needed support from to help us. Overall, the kindness, understanding and support at our lowest point was what I'm most grateful for.

Given the resources that the team has, I was very grateful for the support that we received.
