I felt like I was bothering them, my mental health is still on the bad stages and all they ever did was give me a ear ant left, I felt like they didn't care or thought I was lying they need to take me serious as one day it might be too late.

They could engage with me and advise me and help me and check on me but they did was put me back in my cell and let me fight my demons on my own I understand now that this is a jail and they do not care.
