Dr did the job that was required however a 30 minute wait after appointment slot was given. No baby change facility so major inconvenience caused. No help from reception staff. I got what I needed out of my appointment so can’t complain too much but wouldn’t say it was the smoothest appointment I’ve ever had
- Better communication between staff, reception should communicate when drs are running behind.

The staff were very helpful. Kind and highly profesional.
- The place might need better ventilation in the future. It was a bit hot inside of the building. But not too bad. Something to look in the future for hot days.

- Appointment was running late which is to be expected by the end of the day so perhaps advising at the time of check in this may be the case

The doctor and all the nurses were very kind, informative and efficient. Thank you for taking care of me after the procedure
- Nothing to improve . Seen by doctor at appointment time, fully explained procedure, took time doing procedure and then were very kind afterwards. Gave me tea and biscuit as I felt really unwell.
