My daughter's caencellor took time to get to know her and relax her. She looks forward to her visits now and is always extremely calm once her visit is over. She has been given techniques to use when anxiety levels rise and uses them daily. The only thing I would change is the initial visit.

The individual practictioners ->good. Systems and procedures-> Poor. Lack of criteria. No post diagnosis support. Lack of communication by better with other agencies. Lack of following through.
