Persistent with trying different coping methods. Giving Hannah space and privacy. Since my daughter reached the age of 17 there are a lot of grey areas to be ironed out. Previously to 17th the communication and involvement of parents was good. This problem needs addressing.

I can not fault my childs, care the only improvement l can see would be quicker helpf when we were first refured, it seems to take a long time when we needed the help straigh away.

Change of therapist from male to female was tried and worked much better. Danny Crussell was always available to talk to/email. Appointments were organised at convenient times. Improvements. More communication with parents about techniques child is being taught so parent can support with the same strategies at home.

My child felt it was helpful. Location - Kettering is reachable by car or train but appts closer to home would be helpful as would out of school hours appts.
