My daughter felt confident enough to attend here despite it being her first time at the corby meet. She is waiting for sessions at kettering youthworks but she felt desperate to see someone today. She's very grateful for the service and to be able to speak to a female too.

At the start of the Christmas holiday my family were entering what felt like a crisis with our son, who was receiving counselling via CAMHS. I called CAMHS consultation line for help. The response received was sensitive, and well considered and the consultant gave us information about further help available over the festive period. She also linked the consultation line call with our counsellor so that our counsellor was aware of the situation when they returned from their Christmas holiday. After speaking and receiving advice, I felt that we had a way forward to carry us over the next two weeks.
The only way to improve would be not to have to navigate two sets of 'pick the right number' with a bewildering number of options.
My 17 yr old daughter attended ngh clinic this afternoon, she was directed to go into toilets to take her swab and when she returned the clinic had been closed with all doors locked and lights off. She was locked in and obviously very stressed. This treatment is disgusting not mention dangerous considering the clinic was not opening till lunchtime the next day. Luckily she was spotted by a passer by who managed to get a staff member to unlock the doors. She also ended up taking her own swab to pathology so hopefully she will still get her results.
I couldn’t rate this more. With a child that has been in and out of hospital and anxiety surrounding this with the care he has received previously, the CATCH team were exceptional. I felt fully supported and with somewhere to turn should he have deteriorated. As a health care professional that can refer in to the CATCH team also, it has defiantly been an experience I would be keen to promote with my colleagues and patients I interact with. Thank you
[name removed] has been brilliant. She listens, very understanding and helps you to understand. Always felt better during and after speaking to her. I hope to pick up talking therapy with her in the future.
Very friendly and understanding
A very positive experience for my anxious children who had never received a nasal flu vaccine before. The nurse was friendly, encouraging and clear with explaining what would happen. Thank you!
Never been before staff are very friendly.
On arrival greeted and told to sit down and fill in a form and then asked if we would like a drink and then my child was seen in a few minutes later. She had a private and confidential conversation and then had a little more chat in the coffee room with me .
96 year old father in law came in following a fall at his care home. Very good service from all concerned apart from the Ambulance Service not answering the nurses numerous phone calls to arrange an ambulance to take home back to the Care home. The nurses time should not be wasted - they need to answer the phone quicker......
