1) Very knowledgeable staff who are always friendly and helpfull. 2) Dodgy lift in the building is a bit temperamental.

I felt the breastfeeding awareness course was extreemly useful. I can't think of anything which I wasn't happy with other than the times the classes started were quite early for us finishing work.
