I have particularly liked how personable the care has been. I have never felt rushed in a session and I feel like the staff have been very professional and respectful, especially with intimate or private issues.
My constructive criticism would be that (although I understand the reasons why) a home visit slot from 9-5 makes it very hard to do anything in the day. It would be useful if there was a more definite slot, even if that were just morning/afternoon or a call ahead to confirm a time.
