It would be useful to get paperwork sent out at least a day prior, don’t always get a chance to look at it on the day. I found the one to one phone conversation the most helpful. We were selected for last minute place on course, so we only found out a couple of days before. A contact number would be useful as well as an email. We are working on iPads, so documents sent in PDF format are more useful.

The above responses I have given for the course. However my experience of the referral process was extremely poor. Due to an admin backlog, it took about 3 months for [name removed]’s referral to go on the system. I chased it and ended up going around three different phone numbers, with no success. Prior to our consultation appointment with the clinician, I phoned to ask whether our child needed to attend (at another appointment with a sibling, it was made clear not to attend) they said they didn’t but when the appointment came they needed to be there. Also the wait times for invention are far too long
