The person who gave me my vaccine was very kind and talked to me to take my mind of the needle , everyone is extremely nice

Nothing has ever been too much for our nurse when we've called. She has always gone to every length possible to aid us in anyway she can with info, support and advise. We are very happy with the care we recieve

we haven't met the other nurses on the team but would need to call them if our nurse is on annual leave. Maybe families could have a leaflet with who is who and a photo and numbers to become familiar with the team.
