Tips and advice on how to start and maintain routines, and also to include the important why element.
Suggested improvements
Should consider offering this course as a face to face, as well as online. Some good feedback via chat function, but I think that this would be improved in an in-person setting. I realise this is not for everyone, and that there are also probably cost implications.
