It's with great sadness I have to write this review our Daughter suffers from EUPD her care for the past 4 years has been dreadful it's like they don't care today our daughter was in crisis the team are calling to see her at 5pm today reported at 11.30 am summer set house should be under special measures they are not meeting the needs of mental health when sickness arises withing the department the person's appointment is cancelled mainly calls are by phone not face to face I don't want to lose our daughter because of neglect I feel I really should escalate my concerns urgently before someone loses their life a very worried parent.
