The nurse in charge has treated me previously and I remember her. She is a very knowledgeable and experienced practitioner. The treatment was extremely thorough and explained to me as it went along. All my extra questions were answered and clear explanations given. I never felt as though I was being rushed. Both the nurses involved in my treatment were friendly and took time to talk with me. The clinic seemed very well equipped and all the necessary bandages and creams were readily available. I received gold standard service today. There was a real problem trying to arrange my next appointment. Although the dressing on my leg needed to be changed within 7 days, there was not a single available time until 18 days later ! This sounds like this department is seriously understaffed and that the demand for the services of these nurses far outstrips what they are able to provide.
