All the staff are really kind and will help with anything that they can. The thing that is really good is that the appointment I made can be altered to suit me ie. if I have a hospital appointment on the day I received treatment can be changed. My feelings are don't change the service and dait change the nurses from recknell surgery as is the A team in my eyes.

I have been going to HOTS swimming sessions since they started in 2004 and would be lost if they have to close dew to lack of finance.The support the staff give use is outstanding.Within our group we have a great social gathering and have made lots of friends.We also have outings,raffles and all this would be lost if it has to close due to lack of funding.There is no other place within Eccleshill that provides a place to exercise and meet friends.It would be a great great loss if this group has to close

I consider this service to be excellent, we can always be seen quickly, in the home which is convenient, it is never too much trouble for your staff to see the residents, they are always treated with dignity and respect,time is spent with the resident talking to them, making them feel confident with their care. We can and do enjoy the facility you offer, it is convenient and greatly used by our home, staff feel confident with the service you supply. Your staff are pleasant and polite, we have trust in their capabilities in their job role, an excellent service all round. It is never too much trouble to spend time explaining why and what to do to make the resident feel better.

The visiting nurse was friendly, positive, helpful, understanding, knowledgeable and skillful. She put us at our ease, and we appreciated her visit very much indeed.
