They were efficient, enunciated clearly so that I could understand, even before I got my hearing aids. I was given a warm and reassuring welcome by two delightful ladies. My thanks to them. They explained everything I needed to know, answered my questions and gave me the literature. Top star rating. Thank you. I was able to hear clearly for the first time in years. I now have my NHS hearing aids.
