Martina Cosgrave and Rima Begum were brilliant. They supported me really well. Because of them I have become more confident in breastfeeding and am continuing by exclusively breastfeeding my child. Martina visited me at my home multiple times and showed me many techniques and ways of breastfeeding and many other extra skills like winding and how to settle my baby. Rima also visited me while I was at the hospital and had just given birth to my baby and helped with positioning and other skills. Both were also available via phone whenever I was feeling unsure about something or needed questions answered. They helped me from atenatal classes all the way through getting discharged and even after being discharged from the hospital. They have both been amazing and I would 100% recommend breastfeeding and both baby feeding specialists to my friends and family. I hope they carry on supporting mums like myself. I’m so happy with the help I have received from them.
