Appointment was at the Dental Hospital, RLH.
Am absolutely disgusted with the waiting time waited over 2.5 hours to be seen, was told by reception after an hours wait “your letter does say you could be here for approx 2 hours, I’ll speak to the nurse when she comes out”. Not once did she attempt to speak to a nurse and said the same to others that asked. Also someone that turned up about 40 minutes after was called in before us all despite us all being “new” patients.
Also one of the receptionists has talons for nails with nail jewels on them etc. Where is infection control in this as she is patient facing (I work in the NHS so know about this).
