I have been attending this clinic for a number of years and have always been supported where possible solely because of the positive interactions I have had with Sunny. He is charming, funny, charismatic and also shows Empathy towards his patients when needed. 10/10 for sunny being sunny Never change

Where possible I would suggest making more appointments available. As this clinic is only open during weekdays. Maybe trying a trial of operating with limited appointments during the weekends might be good as this offsets the expected traffic during the week

More clarity on entering the area as both appointments and walk in were all together and this could have been better signposted.

I was seen by Fiona Allen and although I was a bit stressed she helped me and talked and treated me in the best possible behaviour. Obviously an asset to the NHS.
