Overall good and easy
Don’t make people wait longer than necessary. Better organisation in the order that you look after patients. I was seen 1 hour after my appointment
The team that administered my vaccine were amazing so friendly and warm, made me proud of the NHS. Thank you

The ladies were extremely friendly which put us both at ease immediately!
Throughout the appointment they maintained an extremely positive energy, this experience actually had us leave in a much better mood than when we arrived and ultimately improved our day.

Thank you to Wendy and Sharon , I have never felt so welcomed , these nurses are a true example of what good nursing looks like , kind , caring, non judgemental and efficient. Being HIV positive I always feel some anxiety when it comes to clinics and hospitals , but this was a very positive experience and I felt no shame for having the monkey pox jab. I was treated with dignity and respect. Thank you ladies
And the young girl on reception was warm and friendly too.

I called up feeling really anxious about monkeypox and desperate to get a vaccine.
It took ages to get through but I was then offered an appointment that afternoon.
The reception staff were so friendly… and the nurses I saw were SO kind and reassuring.
You have a wonderful team there.
Thank you so much.

Nurse was very clear and sympathetic and sweet.
40 min wait even though I arrived early, only 1 other person in waiting room and he waited even longer.
