The two nurses that saw me were amazing, friendly, caring and made the whole experience very positive.
I was also impressed with the waiting system, someone that had an appointment before mine turned up late but didn’t leap frog over me, I went in before them because I’d checked in on time.

I really liked the attitude of the nurses and felt very comfortable.
Nothing in particular
Staff were excellent! So kind and compassionate and made sure I was comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. Thanks everyone
Reduce waiting times but I know this is our of your control, I was waiting for 40mins for an appointment booked and I arrived 10mins early
The nurses who administered my vaccine were so lovely and put me at ease instantly. Really friendly and welcoming.

So impressed. I don’t live in Barking so this was my first time here. Lovely staff. Very prompt. Really, pretty perfect service.
Nothing. Brilliant.
Shout out to Margot and Sharon were absolute dreams! The level of care and support was incredible. Pay rise for them please!! Allies! Can’t wait for my second visit in September!

The two nurses who administers my monkeypox vaccine were lovely. Explained the process in full and we’re very quick.
The only issue was the carpark. The signs all said you had to pay on exit, but when I asked at reception, she said they’re not working. I was worried I might get a fine. Better signage would help.
Didn’t see any Dr

Sue/Sharon was amazing and made me feel calm and relax!
The receptionist staff to make the correct booking as mine was a mistake but the team helpfully slotted me in. Much appreciated.
