The staff were very understanding and listened to me, which really made me feel comfortable! It also appears that the waiting times have reduced which is lovely.
Overall very happy! Lovely staff and service!

I didn’t have to wait long. The nurse that attended to me was extremely attentive, made me feel comfortable and helped with my concerns.

The nurse who took care of me today she was so sweet and so so good. Did everything she could. Receptionist were really helpful and friendly.

The receptionists here are very kind, I initally went to the wrong place so the lady at the desk gave me clear instructions of where I need to be instead. When I arrived at the correct place the receptionists there were just as nice and very clear in the information they needed for me. I also wasn't waiting to be seen very long and when I was seen the lady who took my information and took my samples made me feel comfortable enough to speak freely on my issuses.

Review of Loxford Polyclinic Outpatients Department
9th December 2023
Had a really great experience being my first time at the clinic, I was met by the lovely receptions who informed of what would happen and then was greeted by sexual health nurse Vera who was the best sexual health nurse I’ve ever seen, was easy to talk to. I was never about coming in due to previous experiences at sexual health clinics but this is by far the best treatment I’ve ever had, I even joked with my partner that I would go everyday if I could. The environment just felt so friendly and safe so I’m sure if I had any other nurse I would be in great hands.
