The midwife was lovely and very friendly. Didn't feel any pressure to breast feed or not which was good as I had heard horror stories that you are forced to breast feed which I wanted to express instead. I don't think there is anything that could be improved.

Made to feel welcome. Very accommodating. Never rushed. Ask as many questions as need be. Triage been brilliant. Improvement- knowing who to phone when slightly concerned.
