All staff were so kind and caring, whilst being very mindful of covid protocols I felt safe and looked after thank you.
Suggested improvements
Employ more staff so to help manage staff stress/ burn out from too much to do in one days work- value your staff.

It is very difficult as the nurses very so much some are very kind and gentle, others not so my treatment has been nearly twelve months, and very little has changed.
Suggested improvements
There was one nurse who has now left who would ask me how I felt, and did I feel better with some of the treatments not many ask this or how the patient feels. One or two of the nurses are great.

The service of having an MS Specialist Nurse is invaluable . I get so much support, help and advice, it keeps me going. She is always available and listens to all my worries, concerns and I would be lost without her help.
