I had a much better experience during this admission than my last one for the same procedure. I felt that the team in the day case unit were much better versed in what to do to prepare me for my procedure. Although my procedure was delayed, I was kept informed. The whole team, including (but not exhaustively) porter Michael, day case nurse Niamh, night nurse Chai and day shift nurse Ella, all looked after me really well.

From the start of meeting the consultants Mr Sherife Khalil and Mr Patrick Grover, I felt totally confident that I was in the best possible place. The anesthetist, the doctors, all the nurses, the icu nurses and all staff were unbelievable. I could not have asked for better care and support. Even the staff collecting food orders were so kind. Overall I wish everyone could have this same experience that I had at the Cleveland clinic London. They explained every thing in detail answered all my questions and the whole process was professional, friendly and fast. Within 3 weeks I found out I had a tumor, I had MRIs, various appointments, blood tests and had it removed. A week later I’m at home and cannot believe it is over. Thank you to everyone at the Cleveland
