I've only just meet the team, they were very friendly and listened to my needs. Easy to speak to reassuring explained what they plan to do and what may happen going forward advised I can call any time, really made me feel at ease. I feel after meeting them my worries are eased. They gave me the packs and explained the telephone/contact numbers, who to get hold of, what they do. For an initial visit, they were very good. Allowed me to speak when I needed to.
