Alan - my key worker - has called in to see me twice since my diagnosis in September 2014, he is very good listens to everything I've asked with answers.
Katie, the Welfare Right Officer, has been excellent in sorting out my benefit, also explaining everything.
The whole team has been really excellent. - thank you.
